The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the commercial growth of a luxury boutique hotel. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who combines strategic thinking, strong industry relationships, and digital marketing expertise to drive revenue and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, corporate clients, and industry partners.
  • Drive direct bookings through digital campaigns, social media, and brand-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the property at industry events, networking functions, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in luxury hotels, boutique properties, or upscale resorts preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online distribution channels.
  • Established travel trade and corporate network will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
