We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
• Interact with guests professionally and provide beverage recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and comply with legal regulations.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• G.C.E. O/L or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Good command of spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Well-groomed, energetic, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
