Job Summary

The Concierge Agent is responsible for assisting guests with personalized services, recommendations, reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests to ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide personalized assistance
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements promptly and professionally
• Arrange transportation, airport transfers, tours, excursions, and restaurant reservations
• Provide information about local attractions, activities, and services
• Coordinate guest experiences and special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations
• Maintain strong relationships with external service providers and vendors
• Assist guests with luggage coordination and travel arrangements when required
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and requests

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, or guest relations preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation services
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
