The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader to manage a luxury boutique property in Kandy. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences, lead a high-performing team, and drive the property's commercial and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations and departments.
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Manage budgets, revenue performance, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, travel partners, and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with ownership on business strategy and property development.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Property Head in a luxury or boutique hotel.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and revenue management skills.
• Proven success in guest satisfaction and team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hospitality qualification preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Sinhala or Tamil is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Sri Lankan hospitality market is preferred.
